Kelly's room

The room has never been lived in. I just kept storage bins in it. It’s a brand new apartment complex with a new pool and gym. Parking is available for all. There is valet trash pickup at the front door. The apartment comes with washer and dryer inside next to the kitchen. The bathroom is directly connected to the bedroom. In my bedroom, I have my own bathroom so we do not have to share. All electric, water, sewage, and wifi are included in the $1,000 price. The room will be prorated for May. The lease is up in October 18th, 2022. Ideally, looking for a roommate until the lease is up. If you do have a dog or cat there is a $350 deposit and $35 a month for rent in addition. The room is on the top floor and away from traffic. There is no one above making noise.

I work day shift Wednesday-Saturday. I do have a boyfriend, they have their own apartment I usually go too.
