Walking distance from UWF. Right by West Florida Hospital. Cheapest apartment complex around. Right by Publix, Target, and Walmart.

Most importantly, I am looking for someone VERY clean and respectful. I am a bit OCD with cleaning and am looking for someone with similar cleaning habits. This involves being careful not to drop food around, keeping the kitchen counter and floor always clean, picking up the vacuum to clean the apt proactively, etc. You can expect the same from me.
I am laid back and chill, value open communication, and like to keep good vibes around.
Hangouts are welcome but no parties.
You would need to apply as a resident in the apt complex (requires proof of income), and pay rent and utilities on time.
