Deborah's room

We are renting 1 room in our house. You will be sharing a bathroom with a pretty clean 10yr old. The room is approximately 10x12, it is located upstairs. We are open to couples (additional rent will apply) and kids are always welcomed (if only weekends no extra charge) All utilities are included. You must provide your own food. We are looking for someone who loves a family atmosphere, clean, has a stable job and their own transportation. You will be required to have a background check.

We are a family of 4 and we have 2 large dogs. We work during the day but we are a little loud at times in the evenings. Just normal loud….TV, kids running around, you know, the normal hustle and bustle of every day life
