Designer’s Furnished home: This is for a furnished guestroom in a new designer 4-bedroom home. A female roommate with OCD-like cleanliness is preferred.

About the home: The home is a 4-bedroom 3-story architect-designed home with all the amenities, luxuries and curated artwork. Your room comes fully furnished with a storage bed; bedding, desk, chair, a window. The house stays stocked with all the essentials such as towels, laundry detergent, high quality TP, etc just like if it was an AirBNB. The house has super-fast internet, central air, central heating, full breakfast kitchen, dining area, living room, laundry area, a yoga room (small gym). All the furnishings are new. All bedding and towels are all white. The house was built in 2021, all floors are hard surfaces (real wood/cork in bedrooms and porcelain tile in wet rooms). There is no carpeting anywhere and all bathrooms and the kitchen are exhaust-vented to the outside and there is a state of the art 24-hour fresh air system that pumps filtered & tempered outside into the bedrooms so the house always smells fresh and has great indoor air quality. The house is as close to immaculate as you will find in this area. Cleaning ladies visit approx every two or three weeks. Manhattan is a 45 minute drive away and there is plenty of parking on the property. If you have Hamptons taste but a Wildwood budget, this apartment is a good fit for you.

We try to keep the home ready for visitors, smelling fresh, clutter-free and looking beautiful all the time.

Isa is a heterosexual girl in her early 30s ; she’s an ex-marketing exec from Germany who now manages two small businesses here in New Jersey. She has a long term boyfriend who lives abroad. She’s smart, a bit introverted but extremely trustworthy and she maintains a healthy appearance. She almost never cooks but when she does, it’s just to boil some pasta. She doesn’t drink and doesn’t smoke.

Ric & Mel are a progressive & earthy married couple. He is an architect and carpenter originally from Europe and she is a doctor originally from Australia. Each is in their late 30s but practice a healthy well-balanced lifestyle and and look/live like they are in their late 20s. Many of their friends are late 20s & early 30s. They do cook frequently but mostly just consists of baking salmon and sauteing veggies. They are not fans of gross cooking such as deep frying or making bacon; Mel is a pescatarian. They drink a few servings of wine/beer per week in the home with dinner and neither smoke.

Frankie is a 11 year old poodle. She’s super sweet, sleeps all day, never pees in the house and smells like a baby all the time.

Cats are not welcomed in the home.

Besides the resident poodle and occasional small guest, this is a no-kids home. None of the current roomies will ever bring babies into the house and we need to know how any potential roomies relate to this.

None of the roomies are very religious. All the roomies are fully vaccinated.
