Would prefer a single professional female who likes cats as I have a 7-yo cat. I have a completely fenced-in backyard patio. There is a farmers market within walking distance every Sunday during the summer and lots of walking trails. Walking distance to Harris Teeter, Starbucks, Safeway, and more. Background checks may be required. $1,400/month and includes wifi and all utilities. Ideally, looking for at least a 3-month commitment, but am open to discussing other options.
