3 bedroom townhouse in a gates community, open floor plan downstairs with large living area flowing into the kitchen and formal dining area. Bedrooms are upstairs furnished and with private bath. There is a community pool across the street. Lots of shopping stores in walking distance, as well as restaurants and groceries stores. There is plenty of visitors parking spots.

I keep my house clean and I dont walk with shoes on inside, so I expect the same from you. I have a 2 yr old pit bull which is very friendly.
