Looking for a roommate in a gorgeous 2 bed/2 bath apartment within walking distance to downtown Amesbury. Private bedroom and bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, brand new dishwasher, and lots of natural light.

This is a smoke-free property and pet-friendly. I have a dog currently and am open to another as long as the two get along. The building is perfectly located right on the rail trail. The common spaces would all be furnished, you would have to furnish your bedroom and bathroom however you like.

I am a young professional in the field of higher education. I currently work at UNH in the career center. I have a 3 year old golden retriever who lives with me - she is a very snuggly pup so the person moving in would have to be okay with that. I am a fairly clean and neat person, I don’t like too much clutter and keep my mess mostly to my own room. I’m big on open communication and love having a roommate who wants to hang out but also who is fine to just sit in silence every now and then. My current roommate and I take turns cooking and I would love to have someone who would like to keep that up.
