Hello! My roommates and I looking for a 4th person to fill our shared space. The space is a duplex with some shared spaces. There are two bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs and we are looking to fill the downstairs room, utilities not included (usually around $100 per month). You will be able to fill the large downstairs living room space and have access to a half kitchen as well as a full kitchen upstairs. There is a washer/dryer on site. Large backyard with a deck overlooking the creek and plenty of room for gardening. We love to keep things clean and cheerful and enjoy decorating for the changing seasons. We’re hoping to find a roommate who values respect, peace, and also enjoys listening to music and having the occasional celebration. I am also in the process of adopting a cat! Cats and small pets need approval from the landlord. 2 minute walk to main street, where you can find restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and cute stores! My name is Gabi (she/her) I’m a 27-year-old Creative Arts Therapist and work from home most days. I am also in the process of adopting a cat! (cat in the picture is, sadly, not mine). My floormate (they/them) is a 25-year-old musician who practices at home (we love to jam). We are pretty social people and enjoy having friends over, hanging out as roommates, and going out. The downstairs roommate (she/her) is a 26-year-old who works from home at a newspaper, she is quiet and tends to hang out in her room.
