Racine Drive

Hi we are looking for 2 people to take over our leases until July of of the following year with renewal available. We are located 156 steps away from UNCW. Both bedrooms come furnished with a bed, two dressers, a nightstand, and a desk. Each has plenty of closet space and bathrooms of their own. Both bathrooms are full size. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is a dining room table with 4 chairs, a couch, a chair, a coffee table, a smaller inn table, some sort of entertainment table, and a washer and dryer in unit. There is also an extra closet in the living room for more storage.

Will update as people become interested! Right now we are saying everything is available, so if you have issues with anything mentioned please contact us and we will be happy to change it. There is a pet fee, and towing will be used for people without parking stickers if they are not in visitor parking. We will give our parking stickers to the people who take over our lease. We are asking for someone to commit to a total take over of both of our leases because one of us is graduating and the other is doing a semester abroad.
