Troy's room

I have a room available and looking for a responsible and quiet like adult to rent it. Able to provide rent every 1st of the month. It has its own closet. There is a shared bathroom. No smoking allowed inside. The Room can come with a bed if needed unless you have your own. Home has decent size kitchen and a washer and dryer you may use. House is nearby many amenities as well few mins from fort story and 64 interstate. Deposit would be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage to the room or property.

I’m 36 and live alone. I’ve been using this room as a guest bedroom for some time. Recently had someone renting it out for several months until they moved on. I do not have children but do have a near 2 yrs old puppy she is very ENERGETIC but friendly (probably not for you if not a dog person). She has a dog door and backyard to keep her busy as well a closed off area when no one is home. I keep to myself mostly and a homebody but I will not get into your business just expect you to pay rent and respect my home. Also no drama or issues. Im a veteran and a Jeep enthusiast as well.
