East Binford Street

This apartment’s third-floor room has a full-size bed frame and mattress, a desk, a bedside table, two short dressers, a mid-size closet, and plenty of under-bed storage space. Floor is carpeted, but the common areas are hardwood. The room isn’t large, but you don’t share the space with anyone else. Downsides: the furniture does have a few marks on it. Also, because the room sticks out a little bit from the rest of the building, the room is cooler than the rest of the apartment. Upsides: You get your own private, decently nice room on the top floor of the building with a nice view! The apartment is also a 10-minute walk to UW’s campus and there’s a bike path straight from here to there as well. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, and you would be sharing yours with a roommate. You will also be sharing a small hallway closet. The common area has two couches, a TV, a full (but small) kitchen, several cabinets, and a washer and dryer (tbh, the dryer doesn’t work the greatest, but it’s not too bad!). The stove is electric.

Electricity is charged as a monthly fee, but is always less than $50.

I am moving out on June 1st, so if you want to move in then, that would be great! However, I don’t need to find someone to relet/sublet until August 1st, so if that date or any time in between works better for you, I am happy to accommodate your plans!

Three other roommates will be living in this unit. They are clean, considerate, and very nice people. I believe my roommate with a cat will be staying in the unit, so there will be a cat there!

(Note: I am looking to move out due to personal mental health issues, NOT because of roommate conflicts! They’re really good roomies and friends.)
