I am in the Crosstown Walk Apartments in Tampa FL. Great location! Easy commute to downtown Tampa via Selmon Expressway or via Highway 60. Easy access to I75. Community has a pool with many lounge chairs and outdoor eating area with two gas grills free to use. Community is gated. You will get a fob and added to directory at call box. We also have a locker system where amazon boxes are delivered too. Anything you want shopping, food or fun is literally only 5 minutes away in each direction. It’s a great location for a great price. You will have your own spacious room, large walk in closet, and share a bathroom with another roommate (male). the common areas are completely open to anyone. Kitchen, dining room and living room. All rooms have TVs and an apple TV on my apple ID with hulu, netflix, peacock, apple tv+, and amazon prime. Any movies on any of the accounts that I own you are more than welcome to watch. Will set you up with your own profile. Internet, cable, water, and electric are all covered by me so you won’t see fluctuations in your rent per month. Washer and dryer are in the unit. I usually provide the detergent but if you have your own, that’s fine! House is kept very clean. I have a roomba vacuum that cleans every day all common areas and my bathroom. I have a regular vacuum if you want to use that or if you leave your door open, I can have roomba do that for you. We both share common area chores and will discus that if you are interested. This is pretty much an all inclusive deal! :) In order to be added to the lease, you must complete a background check and income verification plus application with the office which is a $250 fee.

My name is Richard. I am openly gay (so you have to be fine with that, I do have my boyfriend that comes over almost every weekend). I work for Tampa General Hospital and pay the majority of the rent since I have the master suite, one car garage (storage pretty much) and the pet rent. The other side of rent is split between the two other roommates. I have two dogs, small chiweenies! They are scared of new people at first but will warm up to you really quick. My dogs are crated when I am not home. I do work from home full time and have my home office in my bedroom. I’m a very nice guy and always have a great relationships with my roommates. My other roommate is Jax. He is super sweet guy and will be sharing the bathroom with you. He is a server and isn’t home very often.

Again, I enjoy having great friendships with my roommates. Otherwise, if you want to keep to yourself, we understand. We are hoping that this room for rent will help someone in the community out as Tampa housing is so freakin pricey! Looking forward to connecting with you!
