Beautiful house in the aptos hills, nice ocean view with deck and huge backyard with many fruit trees and plants. Outdoor grill and shower too! We are looking for one person mainly because there’s one more parking space. the house is solar so bills are cheap. Please message me for the details of the place and space

Four of us total, my partner and I I’m one room and our friend in another room. We are all in our twenties. We like a chill environment and respects each other’s spaces. We occasionally will eat together but look forward to summers on our deck.
