Hi, I’m a mid-20’s male seeking a sober roommate without any pets (lease wont allow more). I am a software developer and have a ~1200sqft townhome in north boulder. I have 1 super friendly hypoallergenic siberian cat. Street parking is available. To get on the lease you would need to be vetted by the management company, so if that is not an issue then I look forward to hearing from you/meeting you at Santo (my favorite restaurant in Boulder).
