On campus townhome with utilities and parking included. Bathroom included in room. Completely furnished townhouse. Four bedrooms. The room you would be renting is the upstairs bedroom. It is pretty sizable. The bed is a queen, mattress included. The bathroom is a full bathroom with sink, toilet, shower and bathtub.

There will be three college juniors living in the home with you. They are very chill and very kind women. They love to get to know new people and love making friends. They will introduce you to everyone if you are new there and include you in everything. They all go to NAU.
