Johanna's room

The room for rent is about 140 square feet and includes about about a 5 foot wide closet. The bathroom would be mostly to yourself except for when a guest might need to use it.

My bf and I are looking to rent out one private bedroom. Furnished or unfurnished options are available. We prefer short term, month-to-month or quarterly situation. we are still looking for a good fit for our personality and lifestyle. We would share the common areas of the house (kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room). MUST BE OKAY WITH DOGS WHO WILL LICK AND LOVE YOU. There will be dog hair and dogs toys around the house. We try our best to clean and organize, but we are busy people. The other rooms are off limits since i work from home so the ideal person would have to be respectful of our space. About once a week, we will clean the communal areas together. The tenant should be willing to pitch in every once in a while on cleaning common areas.

No storage except your room

Laundry: The washer/dryer are in the lower flood shared by all house occupants.

Washer/dryer Can be used any time.

Smoking: No smoking allowed in the house. We are 420 friendly, but do so outside so the house does not smell. Absolutely no illegal drugs of any kind.

Pets: (Negotiable and will include a pet fee and a discussion on keeping the house and yard clean and must get along with my dogs)

ABOUT US: We live together with two friend dogs, goldendoodle and a Labradoodle. We are 30-something couple. I work from home most days. I work a lot, but in my spare time I try my best to live a balanced life. I enjoy eating out at new restaurants, hiking, volunteering, yoga, playing games, and spending time with my family. In terms of politics, I lean toward the progressive/Democrat side. I am tolerant of other views (except QAnon— there’s just no reasoning with that), but would feel more comfortable with someone who believes in vaccination. Dylan is a college student who works part-time in information technology. He enjoys working on his cars, computers, technology, gaming, anime, and music. He is an overall swell guy that likes dad jokes. I have a lot of plants in the house. It’s a growing hobby of mine. It’s a pretty quiet house aside from the occasional movie nights, friends over, and the dogs running around. We are pretty low-key people who would like to find someone that we vibe with well… someone who is also low-key, friendly, kind, , clean, and respectful.
