Renting a 1 BR in a brand new 2 BR townhouse in the beautiful Ravenna neighborhood. The room has ample storage with a walk-in closet. Washer-Dryer for the house on the same floor. Plenty of privacy as you are separated by two floors from the other bedroom in the house. Ample free street parking and downtown Seattle is a short 15 min car drive and also easy access to public transport.
