Todd's room

Small but excellent room with attached private bathroom (toilet, sink and shower). We would share the living room, dining room and kitchen. This is a house with two dogs and one cat on almost 1/2 acre. Fruit trees and out buildings if you need some additional storage . Dogs are welcome, but I doubt an additional cat would work. Located three blocks from downtown Kanab so commuting is a piece of cake. There is a small office space you can use and I can provide a computer if you need one.

Here is the skinny. Roomies include me, (56 yr old male chef who happens to be very chill) one awesome cat and two dogs. The dogs are a 5yr old pittbull (very sweet) and a retired Aussi Shepherd/Border Collie mix (14 years). They are very sweet if they know you, all you need is to be invited once and they will be very nice to you. Policy here is that you need not knock or use the doorbell, just walk in, if the dogs know you, no problem, strangers beware though. That means, there may be some friends walking in the door without warning, not often but possible. I have no issues with 420 in the house but won’t participate. No cigarette smoking inside the house. There is a back porch and a front porch if you need to smoke.
