Furnished room, with utilities included near CLT Airport. 3 BR, 2 Bath home on a beautiful quiet circle. Lovely front lawn, furnished enclosed back porch, and fenced in private back yard with fire pit. Our home is the best of both worlds. We are in a convenient Charlotte location; while enjoying the serenity of shady trees and green grass. The house is spacious. Relax in the enclosed porch or enjoy our large fenced in private back yard with fire pit. You will be within 10 to 15 minutes from Charlotte’s Uptown, NODA, CLT - Charlotte Airport (2 exits from the airport), Walmart, Lowes, restaurant and shops.
Your rent price is all inclusive with your private room, parking, high speed internet, water, gas, electric, and yard maintenance. We have a bed, dresser and chair in your private room. However you are free to add your personal touches. You will share the hall bathroom with one roommate. Your other roommate has their own bathroom. Shared/common spaces also include a newly renovated kitchen, furnished living room. and laundry room. The laundry room is shared with your neighbors next door.

About the roomies

You roomies are friendly people who enjoys keeping things peaceful and neat. All types of music is enjoyed as long as it is not loud. Everyone is respectful of eachother’s space and property.
