Private small room in the back of the property, with private entrance. Street parking. extra parking available in the back through the alley, just a few blocks away from metrolink , downtown Upland, very close to the 10 fwy , blocks away from San Antonio hospital, close to several schools and colleges. NO KITCHEN but you can have a medium size fridge ,microwave Or BBQ grill on your patioo area. Laundry on site. This place is great for transitioning too.

We are a very private family of 4 , respectful, quiet hard working ,very mellow, cat friendly. No drinking , no drugs, non smokers. We would like to rent our small room to a person that share our basic values of mutual respect and privacy . We prefer professional and responsible people. Thank u
