We own a large 1151sf 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit in Court Square Condos (601 N Gay Street, Auburn AL) and looking for a male(preferred) roommate for the 2022-2023 school year. The 12-month lease starts Aug 1, 2022 and ends Jul 31, 2023. The common areas are basically furnished (LR, kitchen, dining room, laundry); this large 2nd bedroom (15’6“ x 12’11“) is unfurnished.

The gated property is safe and quiet, well kept, and only 1.5 north of campus. Amenities include outside Pool, next to Tiger Transit stop, and plenty of off-street parking. Balcony with outside storage room on 3rd floor unit. Vaulted ceiling in living room. Ceiling fans in bedrooms and dining area. Appliances include: New refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full-size Washer/Dryer, toaster, vacuum cleaner, clothes iron & ironing board.
