Hello! Looking for 2 roommates to rent a room in a 4 bedroom 2 bath house. It’s located in Northwest Reno near Mae Anne. About a five minute drive to midtown and downtown. You would share a bathroom. Washer and dryer next to the kitchen. The house is clean and very comfortable. The house gets lots of light. I can send photos on request! Spacious with a big fenced back yard and side yard. Has a garage, a shed, and lots of room for storage. The rooms will be available in February.

Costs would be split 3 ways with myself (woman 30) and another roommate. I am outgoing, kind and considerate. I work full time. I like camping hiking backpacking, anything outdoors, plants, crafting, cooking, art, and playing music. I’m looking for someone clean, reliable, responsible, with steady income. Someone that knows and shows roommate decorum. I work hard to make sure my home is a safe, comfortable, creative, enjoyable space and it would be great to find a likeminded person! No pets. Cannabis friendly outside. No couples pls. No one under 21. Heavy drinkers are a no go.
