About the room
Need to fill 2 room in a 5 bed house. Currently, it is myself, plus two other males. Would like to find someone to fill the other rooms. The other current roomies will be moving out by April 1st. You will need to pass a credit check at the time of application, so please do not respond if you know you wont pass.
The room is a medium sized room, with its own bathroom. $800
Utilities are not included. Near us we have everything you could need. We have a CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Vons, Sprouts, Jimbos, Trader Joes, and practically right off the 15 Fwy.
About the roomies
Currently, it is myself and 1 other roomie. Me: 33 Working professional, LGBTQ+, Introverted, 420 only, Male, tend to keep to myself. Other Roomie: 36, introverted, male, 420 only, working professional, also keeps to himself.
We have shared the home with other roomies for about 4 years. So just looking to try and find some new ones to fill the house. Id hate to leave after so long. Will need to apply and be able to pass a credit/background check. (credit score min of 650)
