This is my own bedroom that I’ll be subletting from May-thru-October for those 6 months while I’m working a few hours away. I’m looking for an individual (not couples or families) who’ll respect the space and house as a whole as I’ve lived in the community for 16 years now. University City is ideally located with lots of cafes, restaurants, parks, summer events, and bars within a few blocks and hospitals, college campuses, and downtown Philadelphia an easy walk or trolley ride away. The perfect place to spend the warm months and be part of a very welcoming neighborhood. The house itself is huge with a garden out front as well as one in our fenced-in backyard. 2 refrigerators and free washer-dryer facilities along with multiple pantries and ample pots, pans, blenders, silverware are here to make this an easy move-in to our fully-furnished home. The room does come equipped with a Roku-ready mounted HDTV, 4 tables, 3 storage dressers, king-sized bed with 4 big storage drawers underneath, leather recliner, work desk & printer, fold-out sofa futon, beautiful hardwood floors, 3 sets of hanging racks, 2 mounted shelves, 4 bay windows with lots of sunlight, chairs, ceiling fan, and a deep set of sliding-door shelved closets! An endless amount of comfortable space awaits both within the room and the house itself.
There currently are 5 professional males ranging from their mid-20’s to late 50’s living here, including my 25-y.o. son who’ll be overseeing things in my absence. We also have a cute, hypoallergenic 15-lb. dog named Pablo to help make it feel like even more of a home. I am looking for another courteous and clean professional with solid references and resume to round out the house. Thank you for considering further!
