Lower Sheep Pasture Road

Room for rent right next to Stony Brook main campus! I am looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease (May through July 2022) or to do a one-year lease starting in May. This is one upstairs bedroom with a private bathroom in a shared household. The room is currently furnished with a queen size bed, a desk, and a dresser, but there is an option to have all of the furniture removed if preferred to be unfurnished. The kitchen and living room is a shared space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The living room is furnished with a large couch and flat screen television. There is a washer and dryer in the household as well. There is also a driveway with a parking area by the house, but campus is a walkable distance away. Rent is $1100 a month all utilities included (including internet).

There are currently two female tenants upstairs and a couple living in a separate area downstairs. Everyone is very friendly and generally keeps to themselves.
