I have an end unit 4 bedroom townhouse. Rent includes all utilities (based on current energy prices) and will be shared by all three residents. As for me, I am a serial entrepreneur, currently, I work from home in cancer research, and will be taking office space once we are funded. I do have 3 cats. So no additional pets allowed (sorry). Don’t let my age fool you, I act like a 30 year old. Lol.

I have a spare(s) bedroom for rent with a queen bed and closet. It has an adjoining spare bedroom which we we’ve converted into a small living room, with mounted tv and a desk for use as student space or as a home office. Both have closets. Also comes with a dedicated bathroom and shower. Laundry is shared and on the 3rd floor as well. Rent is due on the upon move-in.

Common areas include full kitchen, living room and deck on the main level. A dedicated parking spot, ample side street parking as well, clubhouse with modest gym and pool in the summer and an unobstructed deck view of the grassy dog park.

Lots of free street parking on the side, utilities are included. For transparancy, I currently pay approximately $475/month (depending on gas, energy and oil price, etc. that we are all at the mercy of). Which includes water, gas, propane heat, electricity, sewer, recycling and trash removal, home owners fees, snow removal, grass mowing (flower beds are the houses responsibility - not a green thumb) a dedicated parking spot and access to the community gym/pool. for a professional, responsible, yet fun, individual with a good job, friendly (but I am respectful of your privacy). Located off of Ballenger Creek, Linton. 2 minutes to Rte 85 and 270; 7 minutes to 70 E/W, Rte 15N/S, Jefferson St. or downtown Frederick, and 1 mile from Ballenger Creek Park. Looking for a tidy, conversant, nice roommate. Hoping for someone personable and friendly. Move-in, furnished and ready for a tenant.

I have a wonderful, hardworking 19 year girl who rents the basement (with her own entrance and studio kitchen). I work from home and are here a lot. 3 cats plus one of hers, so, again, sorry, as much as we love them no additional pets.
