The property is gated and pet friendly. It is student housing so only student’s can live here! The property is located just down the street from campus, and is a short walk to the football stadium. The apartment is a 4 bed/ 4 bath and comes fully furnished! Bedroom: Bed w/ mattress, nightstand, and dresser (have to bring your own desk). Living room: Couch, chair, coffee table, and tv stand! The only utilities not included is electricity! that averages about $25-$35 a month.

This is a lease takeover for my renewal lease! I have decided to move! Only one of my current roommates is staying in the apartment: he’s a cool guy, cleans up after himself, and stays pretty quiet!
