Carolyn's room

Myself (75), son (40) and daughter in law (35) are looking for an independent woman to share our home with. We have an extra bedroom and would share all common areas of home such as: kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, and laundry room. It is unfurnished but if you are in need we could help acquire some furniture through church or swip swap. The bathroom would only be shared with myself because my son and daughter have their own. There is a 3rd bathroom which has some plumbing issues that we are working on but can’t promise anything yet. We are very laid back, easy going family.

We are all stay to ourselves kind of people. We live in a duplex and have a neighbor. He is approximately in his 50’s and has a young daughter who visits him on the weekends I believe. We all work during the week for the most part and have off on weekends.
