I am open to different house sharing options:

1. Master bedroom available (12’ x 11.5’), furnished or unfurnished, $950, including bills, for 1 person. Will consider multiple people for more money.

2. 2nd smaller room only (11.5’ x 9’), furnished or unfurnished, $800 including bills for 1 person.

3. Master bedroom + 2nd smaller room (11.5’ x 9’), TBD. Depends on # of people. Furnished or unfurnished.

I would maaaaybe consider a dog.

Plenty of communal space to spread out, indoors and outdoors. We have a garden and covered patio.

There will be art & toy explosions from time to time, but I aim for cleanliness otherwise.

Mostly a quiet neighborhood, and safe. 20 minute drive to Red Rocks, and other areas of natural beauty. A couple blocks away, is Harvey Park Rec center (small rec center) & pool (outdoor), and a small lake. Several playgrounds nearby.

For short term stays, I will add $75 for 1 month stay, $50 per month for 2-3 month stay.

I’m 36, a single mom, and my 6 year old lives here 5 - 6 nights per week.

I work from home remotely, training behavior therapists to work with Autistic children, and parent coaching.

I keep busy parenting, gardening, doing home projects, and working.

I like to hang out, have fun, a bit of noise (mostly listening to music while I cook and clean 😆), and also like my quiet alone time.

I will provide my ID & background check. I require the same in return. I will also require renters’ insurance.
