The agreement will be month-to-month with a $1000 deposit incase of any damages.

Rent is $900 flat (unfurnished) in total with all utilities included. Availability and viewing starts 11/03/2023.

You will also have access to shared garage space. First floor is waterproof laminate flooring and upstairs carpet. I prefer a non smoker. Vapes and other are fine indoors. Other types outdoors. This house is a very roomy modern brand new build. House is close to restaurants, stores, and gyms. You will also have access to a shared office/guest room and extra storage/closet space.

Need to know: No couples or kids. No exceptions. Prefer someone around our age. A face to face pre-screen interview will be required before showing the house.

About me: I am a full time professional that works from home in tech. I pride myself on my professional image. I try to be the most understanding, considerate and accommodating. I also tend to ensure nobody is uncomfortable for any reason during their stay.

Household / Roommates: Current: 2 males, early 30s. Asian Household. Past: 3 females and 1 male. Some are available for reference.

Cleanliness / Organization: I take care of all the common areas. I trust you take care of your own private spaces and occasionally the second floor. I will inspect the shared bathroom and shared spaces every once and awhile. We are both OCD clean individuals and hope you are the same.

Pets: Small hypoallergenic non shedding dogs will be considered. Other small animals (ex. birds, hamsters, rabbits) will need to be discussed.

Neighborhood and Safety: Neighborhood is very quiet most of the day. No issues with any neighbors either. Everybody keeps to themselves around here. Every house also has their own set of cameras and alarm systems.

One male. Laid back, clean, quiet, very considerate and works from home. Zero issues. He works in medical. Overall, we are not just looking for a roommate, we’re looking for a good, adaptable, and respectful fit.
