Hello! I’m seeking for roommates to fill in my home in Gilbert, AZ, available after June 1st, 2026, prefer long term.

Rooms are available for renting:

1. Casita (own bathroom), furnished, 1200 a month, all utilities included. Available May 28.

2. A bedroom (shared bathroom) is available for rent, 900 a month, available after May 28.

All rate above is monthly flat rate. I can add a desk or other stuff in your room free of charge, if needed.

The crossroads - Val vista & Ray, community name: Andalucia Villas. This is one of the safest and most wealthy neighborhood in Gilbert. Great access to Santan mall, CGCC, ASU poly, 202 freeway. My home is across from the pool (with free parking lots). The whole house is equipped with smart home appliances and home security system. We also have 1gb unlimited cox service.

Respectful and good vibe roommate only, prefer professionals. Smoking, vaping outside of the house is preferred. Background check, credit report and your paystub for the recent 2 month are requested to verify your identity. The deposit for 1 month rent is required. Renter insurance is nice to have. No pet.
