Mike's room

Beautiful home in a very nice community! The house is two stories with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Large living room, full kitchen, and backyard. You’re walking distance to a great track, basketball, tennis, and grass fields. The room is spacious and has a sliding door closet. Utilities are split 4 ways which is about $120/month and the group has hired a house keeper that costs about $30/ each time they clean the house per person.

There are currently 1 girl and 2 guys and we are looking for one more. Everyone has had a positive experience who has lived here. The current tenant is relocating. The other two tenants have lived here for three years.
