I am looking for a female roommate to share my townhouse. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors and plenty of parking. Renting out a private, unfurnished or partially furnished bedroom with a separate shared bathroom. Room is south facing with nice windows and lots of light. Living room, kitchen, small dining area and backyard patio will be shared. Greenway with trees behind property adds to the charm. All appliances, including washer and dryer in unit, will be shared. Utilities are included in the rent. High speed internet available. House is furnished. 10 minutes from Reston Town Center. And a short drive to Walker Nature Center or Lake Audubon. Nearest metro station is Wiehle-Reston East.

I am a 44 year old woman, easy going, professional. I work in maternal-child health. I enjoy gardening and making use of the great walking trails in Reston. A couple of fun facts about me are that I love labyrinths and I always have a tea cabinet in my kitchen.
