Kelsey's room

I have a house in a good neighborhood 1 block from the lake. It is a 1/2 mile from St. John’s Peacehealth. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bath, with a finished attic. We have a yard with a nice sitting area. The current room that is available is approximately 10’ x 10’. It comes with a smart TV, a twin bed, a recliner and an area rug. Shared areas would include the kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom. Parking is on the street, and worst case you might have to walk 1/2 a block. The $700 price is for a single person, I am asking $1000 for a couple. It has been brought to my attention that I must mention only indoor cats will be permitted.

Currently it is me (36 female), my daughter (17), and a roommate (24 male) who will be moving out towards the end of May.  Overall we are pretty laid back.  A reasonable level of clean is appreciated in common areas.  We are 420 friendly.  We do have a lot of animals, including 2 dogs, 3 cats, and many reptiles (we breed snakes). More pets would be welcome as long as everyone gets along.
