Amanda's room

A quiet, safe area nestled between walking paths and parks. The views leaving this place when running errands and driving west are breathtaking. Westminster is a little hidden gem, and the location of this place is rarely available (people love it here).

Seeking one (1) single tenant to rent one of the rooms in our 3-bedroom townhouse. Three friends have lived here for the past year (they have been friends for 12 years, so there is zero drama), and one is moving out of state. We have one room now available, so if you are seeking quiet/kind roommates, this is an opportunity for you!

Cozy, quant, and safe; Nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks, walkways, and bike trails. Open floor plan with a barnyard feel. The front-loading washer & dryer are included and are behind the barn wood doors in the kitchen/dining area. There is a Wood burning Fireplace—bright open feeling with a lot of windows and a few skylights.

Ground floor entrance, end-unit. A pathway up to the covered and private porch. Other units are behind and one to the side.

Bedroom #1 is small (I’ve seen smaller) but can fit a queen with a dresser and a nightstand. Has two windows and a roller-door closet with extra storage space under the stairs. It is on the main level. The master bedroom (already rented) is at the end of the hall. The 3rd bedroom (already rented) was a loft converted into a bedroom with a Rapunzel window (cute character).

There is a full tub/bathroom with a shower that is shared. The main room (not for rent) has a sink, which lessens the need to share sinks

The community is quant and quiet—pool and tennis courts, with a walking trail in every direction (along a creek and past a wild bird sanctuary/ponds)

The available room is unfurnished. Current roommates do not have a lot of things, they are minimalists, so if you had things to bring, there might be space. (NOTE: the photos are from when I lived there, not the current furnishings.)

Included: full-sized Washer and Dryer in the dining room. In the kitchen: Dishwasher, Fridge w/ ice maker, Microwave, Oven, Stove, Garbage Disposal. The bathroom has great water pressure, a tiled shower, and a removable hand nozzle.

The roomie upstairs works from home in her room. She uses the common areas (kitchen/living/TV area/bathroom) throughout the day. She is active and into rock climbing. The roomie in the master room is rarely there and does not use the common areas other than the bathroom. He works outside the home from 2-10 pm. He keeps to himself. He’s in his room video-gaming when he is home.
