About the room
Nice & updated 2 bedroom gated community located in Delray Beach - I am clean, quiet, friendly & respectful and I work part time. I just ask for a roommate who’s clean and respectful. Wifi included, free parking in guest. Private room and private bathroom. The only bill I have is cable and lights which I cover on my own just asking for rent & sometimes the water bill goes up depending on how much is used but rent is usually a fixed price every month. Washer and dryer included.
