Hey there! Hope you are doing super! I have a great furnished room, private, very isolated. Separate, private, full bathroom. Laundry. Wireless Internet, water, electric included 850 a month. Well lit room with access to the living room, loft room, kitchen, gardens, etc. It is a pretty large place, built on a few acres of gorgeous land. Super quiet days and nights. VERY rural. Isolated, and pristine. Lovely gardens. Perfect for writers, artists, musicians. Great acoustics in the living room for singing, guitar, etc.

This house is NOT located in the town of Ocean View. However, its just a 10 minute drive to the coast.

I am a student, and all my work is done online. I am at home a lot, and so is my small (super friendly) dog. PLEASE- I prefer a vegetarian roommate. This is not a deal breaker. Also very LQBTQIA friendly home, this is a deal breaker. NO DRUGS PLEASE, but legal medical cannabis is OK.
