Hi, I have a private bedroom with private bath available April 1 in my 2BR/2BA duplex in West Oakland. The room is 12x12ft and comes unfurnished, but I could help with some basic furniture if needed. Your private en-suite bathroom has a shower and tub. Street parking, and close to highways 24, 580, 80. About 15 minutes’ walk to MacArthur BART, and there’s a bus stop on the corner that takes you downtown or to Berkeley. Residential street with quiet and friendly neighbors. Rent is $1150 plus utilities, can do long-term or short-term.

The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, all wood and tile floors, and lots of charm. I’m just moving in, but it’ll be fully furnished with separate living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is massive! I’ve included a photo of some of my furniture in my old apartment for frame of reference of what will be added; if you have furniture you’d like to add, let me know! Includes washer & dryer and all the usual kitchen appliances, and you’re free to use my kitchenware or bring your own. Lovely garden area in front and large porch in the back – lots of room for plant lovers or dog owners.

Smoke-free environment, including no 420 on the premises. A lovable small non-shedding poodle may visit from time to time; a similarly small low-shedding dog may be welcomed.

Will need: credit score, proof of ability to pay, proof of vaccination, housing references, first & last months’ rent + $500 deposit, and signed agreement.
