The bedroom is 10x10 with a window. It has a standard sized closet with shelving on top. There is a small storage closet in between your bedroom and bathroom if you need more space. It does not come furnished. In the pictures, there is a queen size mattress just for reference to size of room. You’ll have your own bathroom which is next to the bedroom. The bathroom is spacious and has plenty of storage space for your belongings. I have a washer and dryer in the home for your laundry needs. You will have a key and garage opener to come and go as you please. The room only fits one person comfortably and I am only open to have one roomie in the spare bedroom. The $500 deposit will be refundable.

I’m 27 and from Yuma. I am open minded, easy to talk to, and responsible. I own the townhome myself. I work full time from 8am-5pm and stay pretty busy on the weekends. I do wake up early around 4-5am but I’m quiet. Most days I am in bed by 830pm-9pm. I like to keep the house clean and organized. I am fun and energetic with family and friends. At home, I’m usually more laid back and chill. I prefer to meet my potential roomie beforehand so we can make sure we get along and are on the same page on several things.
