Louis's room

It’s a South philly row home with three bedrooms. I will have two bedrooms available, but they are connected together by a door inside. What I’m looking for is just one roommate to split rent and utilities with, who will take both of these rooms (one as a bedroom, the other as a personal living area, as all of my furniture and things are set up in the living room downstairs). Other than that, there’s a kitchen with everything one would need, including a dishwasher, one bathroom, and a washer and dryer in the basement (basement also has plenty of storage space if needed; I don’t have much down there).

I work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm. I’m not a party person and only have one or two people over at a time, and certainly not every day. There are two cats who live here, but their litter is in the basement and they are not a bother.

As I said, we’d each have our own bedroom and living area, so as long as you do not make loud noise after 9:00pm on nights when I have work the next morning (I wake up at 5:00am), we should get along fine.
