About the room
You get your own room and restroom (not furnished) . In unit laundry. No excessive noise, NO dogs, NO kids, no constant random visitors. No partying, no loud music. Looking for someone quiet and someone to get along with. Please don’t be messy. No excessive cooking if so please clean up after yourself :) I am super nice and friendly. Will look at pay stubs and income should be at least 2.5x of rent.
About the roomies
I am a full time registered nurse and full time graduate student. I am either at work or at home sleeping or studying. (On my rare days off I do sleep in till about 1pm) I rarely cook. I am super nice, friendly and outgoing :) On my free time I do enjoy going out to bars and eating !
