You will have kitchen and dining room usage privileges, as well as the washer and dryer. The bathroom and balconies are shared also.

This is 2nd floor condo located in a convenient location close to a Dutch Brothers, Safeway, Bel Air supermarkets, 2 pizzerias with some of the best pizza, 2 Chinese restaurants with high ratings, and more. The Galleria mall and Fountains shopping areas are nearby.

Smoking and 420 okay outside. No smoking indoors. Cat okay for extra deposit and rent. Short, medium or long term okay. Working from home/remote work okay for extra rent to cover the extra utilities.
