Seaman Avenue

Sunny room with hardwood floors overlooking Seaman ave in Inwood Manhattan. Living room is furnished and is considered a common area, bathroom is shared. This is a large 3 bedroom , 1 bath apartment , in a pre war three story walk up. Laundry room in the basement. Currently there is only one other roommate. Internet is included and the electricity is to be shared equally. This is a great neighborhood, blocks from supermarkets, shops, parks, and all the best restaurants. Starbucks is right around the corner by the A train Dyckman street station. The west side highway bike path starts only a few blocks away. It’s a beautiful ride that I have done many times myself. And for those of you who love nature… Inwood Hill park is right behind the building.

You: Friendly… Male or female isn’t important as long as you’re cool people. Students are welcome as long as you have proof of income. No drugs or couples. I would prefer someone laid back, more of a homebody type. Just be kind, responsible, clean, reasonably quiet and gainfully employed. No party animals need apply. There are other people in the building so we try to be respectful. Proof of income required.
