Located in sandlewood estates close to the gardens mall and restaurants and also close to downtown mall in gardens!! This is a townhouse with a big fenced in patio.. a 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom laundry in unit.. private bedroom and private bathroom shared living room and kitchen and fenced in patio!! Its 1500 a month all utilities included but we are looking for a year lease… that’s first security and last…The townhouse has been completely renovated!! Prefer female in 30s with a professional job.. will do background check and credit check.. there is a application fee of $100.00 too but free parking!!
