I have a spare bedroom that I’m looking to rent out. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, dresser and nightstand. It has a smart tv so all you need is your clothes. It has a washer and dryer in the house. The kitchen has all the supplies we will share. There is a pool and a basketball court by the office. It takes 10 minutes to get to either CSUSM or Palomar college if you’re a student. There are walking trails and softball fields close by.

I am divorced with 2 children neither which lives with me. I have a dog that does bark when excited or when she hears things. She is super sweet though. I work for San Marcos Unified School District part time and for Lowes part time. You need to be clean and respectful. I have neighbors with little kids so no partying during the week and no drugs including pot. I don’t smoke and I want someone else that doesn’t either.
