NEW UPDATE!!! Decided to renovate the space. Room is finished and is brand new. Will now have new carpet and all new bathroom. This room is in a basement. Very private and quiet. You will have your own bathroom, walk in closet and living room space. All bills included! Internet, gas, water all included! Laundry available upstairs. It is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom house with a couple living two stories above. Big back deck and yard with garden space in the summer. Parking on street. Very spacious with some storage space in unfurnished part of the basement. No kids. No pets. No guests over or tinder dates. No garage use. No smoking on property. No shoes in house. There is also space in the unfinished part of the basement for a living room and I have a couch there that you can use. A lot of space and very comfortable. Not just a bedroom. We also have one dog and he’s very good and friendly and doesn’t mind anyone. He is a pug. But we do not allow pets. Other people ruin things for others. We had a bad experience with someone renting the space with pets.

You will be living with a couple Two stories above and are very quiet and respectful. Very clean house and tidy. One works in the day and the other works nights.
