Looking to fill 2 rooms in our charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Manhattan apartment!

ROOM DETAILS Early lead on an incredible lease takeover for July 2022 - June 2023 (applicants must be willing to sign for the full year & provide a letter of employment, paystubs & bank statement for online application). My 2 roomies have sadly chosen not to renew (one moving in with her boyfriend & one moving for travel nursing), so I am looking for 2 people to fill each space! Please note that we are open to discussion / negotiation on which of the 3 spaces you’d like to move into (I am currently in room 3, willing to shift to another room). See a breakdown below:

Room 1 (medium space): $1,120 per month, queen bedroom with space for desk & small dresser. Room 2 (largest space): $1,290 per month, queen bedroom with ample space for desk & large dresser. Room 3 (smaller space): $1,050 per month, queen bedroom with space for dresser / shelving unit.

All rooms have the option to come fully furnished (this would be the ideal scenario, to have 2 tenants move into the rooms and purchase the existing furniture at a discounted rate). All rooms have large closet space, thermostat control & great natural light.

APARTMENT DETAILS BELOW The Crossing, located on 100th street and 1st avenue, is a newly renovated apartment community complex 5 minutes from the Q train and 10 minutes from the 6 train, with grocery, drug store, coffee shop, shopping and restaurant amenities all a quick walk (within 4 block radius). 1 block from East River walk; Carl Schurz Park & Central Park easily accessible. On site security, virtual doorman & elevator building with laundry in basement. Amazon package locker in lobby. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, includes 1 full bath and 1 half bath, full fridge, dishwasher and air conditioning. Fully furnished common spaces. Monthly Verizon bill split 3 ways. All other utilities (that’s right, including AC!) at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

Hi! I’m Michelle- I’m 28 and I’ve been living in this space for 5 years. It’s a sweet deal (hence why I’ve been here so long) for a Manhattan apartment of this nature. I work a hybrid schedule (2 days in office and 3 days from home) in media. Looking for 2 CLEAN laid back young professionals to join me in my cozy home, maybe order in dinner and have a movie night here and there :)
