My roommates have a 600 square foot studio in the back of our house in Old Town Scottsdale that I am moving out of before April 1st. The studio is perfect for one person or a couple.

The unit was actually built in 2021 so everything is brand new. The back-house, as we call it, is detached from our main house and has its own full kitchen with big island, bedroom area, closet, washer/dryer and full bathroom.

My girlfriend and I lived here for a year and were paying $2,200 per month which included all utilities (electric, water, garbage, internet, pest control, landscaping, etc). Everything you need.

Located just off of Scottsdale & Thomas, we are walking distance to bars & restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale (15 min) or just a short drive (3 min).

The room is not coming furnished, my girlfriend and I plan to take our furniture with us to our new house. However, if you would like to purchase anything you see in the house we’d be open to selling it to make your move easier. Feel free to ask!

John, Charlie & Trevor live in the main house and have a gorgeous golden doodle puppy named Milo. Everyone in the house works full time & they hangout in the backyard on their days off/weekends. My girlfriend and I felt like we had our own apartment with our own parking far away from anyone else, but when we wanted to socialize it was very easy to just pop over to the main house to watch a game, bbq, etc.
