Washer and Dryer are located on the 3rd floor of the house. Garage spots are taken, but plenty of street parking available outside the house. Home has a roof-top deck with beautiful views of the city skyline.

About The Bedroom:

The Bedroom is located on the 1st floor of the house and unfurnished. It has its own private bathroom inside the bedroom. Bedroom dimensions are (11’-8“ x 12’-10“).

Rent will be $1,150 month-to-month or $1050 with minimum 6-12month lease.

Move in date flexible between June 1st - July, I will hold for right person.

I’m Carlos the owner, I work for the federal government and travel abroad 50% of the year. I occupy the master bedroom located on the 3rd floor. The other 3rd floor bedroom is currently occupied by a female elementary school teacher. We are both sociable, friendly individuals who are looking for another professional or graduate student housemate to share our modern townhome with utilities INCLUDED!

I have a French bulldog, so I am not looking to have any additional pets in the house. (dog only home when I am)
