Makeshift room(13ft x 8ft) available in apartment near Glendale/Burbank border.
It’s a room that we were able to put together using room dividers and curtains. It has plenty of space and it includes access to a balcony. Unfurnished (the furniture in the pictures belongs to the current occupant)
The apartment complex is very nice. It has laundry machines, a pool and a gym.
Looking for someone who will be easy to live with and can respect boundaries.
Must be willing to sign a lease of a minimum of 3 months. No deposit needed. Room must be filled by February 1st.

About the roomies
I am a guy in my thirties and I work at a comic book store in Glendale. I also write and do film/video work from time to time. I’m generally pretty easy to get along with.
There is also a girl in her thirties who lives in the master bedroom currently. She has a small dog.
