Makeshift room(13ft x 8ft) available in apartment near Glendale/Burbank border.

It’s a room that we were able to put together using room dividers. It has plenty of space and it includes access to a balcony. The room also comes with a lamp, desk, and a twin size mattress if one is in need of any of those (the queen bed in the pictures belongs to the current occupant)

The apartment complex is very nice. It has laundry machines, a pool and a gym.

Looking for someone who will be easy to live with and can respect boundaries.

During these times we are also looking for someone who takes COVID-19 seriously. Please send a copy of your Covid vaccination card to schedule a viewing and expect to wear a mask when you come look at the room.

There is no deposit or lease signature needed. Room must be filled by April 1st.
